Never got a title Bought the car 2 months ago they said the plate was transferred, title will be at my house 2 to 3 weeks, so I drive the car for 2 months. At secretary of state they informed me my plate was in limbo not attached to any car and the title wasn't in my name even though I paid $20,000 to Mathew hardGraves . Worst dealer ever. It's crazy how messed up this whole car sale was.. Plz don't go to them. And my car I bought they had it 5 weeks out of the 2 months because their shop scratched half the car doing a simple oil change!!. Must be the first car they ever dealt with.! Idk what to say, there isn't a word to describe how bad this dealership really is.. More

Bought a car and they scratched it several times Bought a car with 30,000 miles in perfect condition, took it back for tire rotation and they scratched both front rims refused to replace them Bought a car with 30,000 miles in perfect condition, took it back for tire rotation and they scratched both front rims refused to replace them, they resurfaced the rims badly and scratched them again, also drug my front bumper across a parking block and smashed in the valance , now the car has been in their shop for a month, I only drove the car 7 days they have had it 4 times as long, now it has to go back to this dealer to fix the same rim and replace the valance, they refused to fix the valance till I pointed out that they did the damage for the 10th time . The worst dealer in MI. Stay away their a huge waste of time and money. More

Very satisfied I went in for an oil change, and was informed I could get out of my lease sooner than expected. Bryan Nicholas was my salesman and explained everythin I went in for an oil change, and was informed I could get out of my lease sooner than expected. Bryan Nicholas was my salesman and explained everything to me on a great deal, and before I knew it, I had my new Chevy Cruze. I was treated better than I have from other dealerships. It has been a Very negative experience since day after purc! In October of 2015 my wife and I went to this dealership to buy a new car. I had already been pre-approved online for the vehicle that we had been in In October of 2015 my wife and I went to this dealership to buy a new car. I had already been pre-approved online for the vehicle that we had been interested in for some time. We had no interest in leasing, we were buying.... with that said, we found a Chevrolet Cruze LTZ RS Limited which had a sticker price is 27000. We didn't haggle we didn't give a difficult time to anyone simply took tge pre-approval information in and proceeded to make our way to the salesman. Should have been an easy transaction for all involved. Now a year later we have had to have that same vehicle in there for warranty work multiple times and each of those visits that required warranty work, the vehicle had returned two to three times after that warranty work to make up for damage that they had done to the vehicle during its repair. Our vehicle is just not the same since they've gotten their hands on it. We take great pride in our possessions and therefore this vehicle looks brand-new after a year I can assure you of that. And they take absolutely no pride in the way the vehicle is returned to the customer nor do they take any pride in the way the work is performed. Multiple trips for each warranty issue again to cover their inept ability to get the job done right the first time. In our most recent visit today due to a very poor idle that's causing vibration in a vehicle.. my wife dropped it off this morning after making an appointment 2 days ago she ended up waiting over an hour and a half for a shuttle to get her to work and it still never came she ended up having to have somebody from her job come get her because their shuttle driver wasn't answering his phone and truthfully probably could care less. Then she received the call several hours later indicating that they weren't able to duplicate the problem even though they were already aware of the problem having been made aware of it through previous phone calls and being told that the vehicle should be dropped off early in the morning so it can be kept and looked at... However they decided that there is no problem with the vehicle and now we must take this to General Motors and or another dealer to try to have this resolved because why should we have a vehicle that's a year old already going to xxxx and our dealer who's supposed to back us doesn't. In all sincerity I do think I'm contacting an attorney! If I were you, I would make your purchase elsewhere trust me you have no idea the amount of aggravation that we have had and we have tried to remain calm and diligent with his people and they do not care.. The general manager Walt is the only person in the building who seems to have an understanding of what it takes to get business and/or keep it coming back. But just the same he is at the top of the food chain in this dealership in the problems persist so that tells you there's clearly a leadership issue with in this establishment. More
This place is a JOKE! Probably the WORST dealership and management that I've ever done business with. Will never come back and will never recommend this place to anyone. Could be ALOT better. I guess my outward appearance still ruffles some feathers. Took my chevy trax in for a recall and it literally took 15 minutes to get approached by an I guess my outward appearance still ruffles some feathers. Took my chevy trax in for a recall and it literally took 15 minutes to get approached by anyone. NO OVER EXAGGERATION. Only reason I was helped is because I was heard ranting on my phone with a friend on whether I should just go to mike savoie instead (chevy of troy). In those 15 minutes the only thing an employee said to me was "sir could you please move your car up?" so that other people's cars could be taken into service or leave. After that I looked up and I was the only customer standing by his car looking around with confused big eyes wondering if I was invisible. The rest of the service garage was clear. Everyone else was taken care of....except me. More
