RECALL RUNAROUND OIL CONSUMPTION TEST 2011 TERRAIN DID NOT USE ENOUGH OIL. I HAVE GONE THOUGH 0NE QUART OR MORE IN ONE THOUSAND MILES DONE THE TEST 3 TIMES THEY SAY IT OIL CONSUMPTION TEST 2011 TERRAIN DID NOT USE ENOUGH OIL. I HAVE GONE THOUGH 0NE QUART OR MORE IN ONE THOUSAND MILES DONE THE TEST 3 TIMES THEY SAY ITS NOT USING ENOUGH OIL. HAD IT CHECKED OUT AND COMPLAINED 3 YEARS AGO. MY FAMILY HAS BEEN BUYING CARS AT MATTHEWS HARGREAVES FOR OVER 40 YEARS AND MECHANICS SUCKED ON ANYTHING THEY DONE. FREE BRAKE INSPECTION USED CAR BRAKE WENT OUT WEEK LATER. STARTER WAS BAD REPLACED IT UNDER WARRANTY CAR CAUGHT FIRE WIRES HITTING EXHAUST REPLACED FUEL PUMP 3 TIMES IN A WEEK NOT THE PROBLEM PASSKEY FIXED IT MYSELF. FUEL PUMP ON ANOTHER CAR WENT UNDER WARRANTY TOLD THEM WHAT IT WAS. THEY TOLD ME I KNOW SO MUCH FIX MYSELF . I,AM A CERTIFIED MASTER MECHANIC More
Don't leave "ANY" valuables in your car. After dropping my car off to have the airbag recall service performed, I picked up the car and discovered my cash (dollar bills) were missing $ 35 - 5 After dropping my car off to have the airbag recall service performed, I picked up the car and discovered my cash (dollar bills) were missing $ 35 - 50, and my change bin was picked thru and another $ 15 - 20 dollars had been stolen. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! More

She is truly someone who will be valuable to your organization. On the other hand we felt the issue should have been resolved the first visit 78 miles prior. Now we're driving around never sure when the check engine light might pop on again. We said yes we would recommend M.H. but you really need a third "Maybe" button. More

service dept. Service - I brought my car in for service (still under warranty) because it had stalled and wouldn't restart for several minutes. I worked, primarily Service - I brought my car in for service (still under warranty) because it had stalled and wouldn't restart for several minutes. I worked, primarily, with the service manager, Tom Kaiser, who provided open and honest communication. Unfortunately, the repair took much longer than all expected, but Tom put me in a loaner. He communicated regularly with me to give me updates. I will definitely not hesitate to go back to Matthews-Hargreaves for service. More

Heather was, as always, helpful and informative about my current leasing options and when I should look to make a change. She gave me much needed info and good advice for the future. I will be visiting with her again once my current lease is up. These ladies rock! More

Part is covered under my 5yr/100K powertrain warrantee. Matthews-Hargraeves serviced immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it for free. They also replaced the manifold cover/gasket at no charge. They were professional and did the work in a few hours while I waited. More
