Purchased a certified vehicle in 2024/04. Have taken this vehicle in for minor issues such as tires and oil changes, no problem. Up until 2026/05, I had taken the vehicle for a check engine notification. Long story short, I called about this issue since warranty companies are closed Mother's Day weekend, just to hear excuses that they had no knowledge of what type of warranty the vehicle has. The system shows all, and the service writer failed to do his job and never printed the paperwork to submit a warranty repair. Additionally, I had to put up with the guy yelling over the phone. What dealership does this? His name is Paul, and he should be terminated for lack of customer service. I know this guy will do anything to save his job. This will leave a long-lasting impression on this franchised location. Sad Nissan places a name on a dealership that lacks customer service. Buyer beware of the service department!

My spouse returned our 2023 Nissan Sentra to the dealership after I spoke with Pete, the Service Manager. We were informed the vehicle data had been downloaded and reviewed, and that everything appeared fine and the part needed to be ordered, you have to wonder it would have taken the same day to get the part from another Nissan dealership as I have worked for Gunn many years ago and should have been repaired the same day and ready for pickup. After dropping my spouse off at home on 05/11, Pete asked her to relay a message to me requesting that I remove my previous review because it negatively impacts him personally. To be clear, my original review was never directed at Pete. It was specifically about the attitude and poor customer service displayed by Paul toward Champion customers. Unfortunately, this interaction gave the impression that protecting one another internally may be taking priority over addressing legitimate customer concerns. As a customer, that is disappointing to experience. If, the owners and only the owners would like to make contact with me, your more than welcome.

I stand by my comment, your Finance Mgr. (Garrett) was given several messages and a very cordial voice mail on multiple occasions last week. The contact requested pertained to a document I’m legally entitled to and I was completely ignored with no response. This was the same demeanor exhibited after I first purchased a new vehicle there and had a finance question. I merely gave up in my attempts to obtain an answer.
