Purchased a certified vehicle in 2024/04. Have taken this vehicle in for minor issues such as tires and oil changes, no problem. Long story short, I called about this issue since warranty companies are closed Mother's Day weekend, just to hear excuses that they had no knowledge of what type of warranty the vehicle has. The system shows all, and the service writer failed to do his job and never printed the paperwork to submit a warranty repair. Additionally, I had to put up with the guy yelling over the phone. What dealership does this? His name is Paul, and he should be terminated for lack of customer service. I know this guy will do anything to save his job. This will leave a long-lasting impression on this franchised location. Sad Nissan places a name on a dealership that lacks customer service. Buyer beware of the service department! More

Went in to ask about a part that popped off and was referred to service department the young lady told me that it happens all the time to these vehicles along with the rogues, she states they could fix referred to service department the young lady told me that it happens all the time to these vehicles along with the rogues, she states they could fix it if I was under 36000 miles if not part was over 500 dollars not including labor for a literal button. A tiny plastic piece that pops right back in. Looking online I found the whole part for less than 200. Price gouging much, but if Nissan knows this happens all the time and is a continuous problem why not fix it or state hey we know this has been happening let us fix it for you as a courtesy, spend thousands on a vehicle and then they treat you horrible after. Funny thing was the sweet gentleman who took me to the part department asked if I got it figured out when I was leaving and I explained what took place that he was even in shock at how much the piece would be and then mention if I need a new car I know where to go ummm I’m sorry but if I need a new car I won’t be going back to Nissan! Will definitely never recommend this dealership to anyone and let them know to stay away. More
Went in for oil change, ended up getting two filters. When I went to pay, I was told there would be a 3% charge to use my credit card. Never heard this before. Their service department hooked me up with the worst company ever for financing repairs called Koalafi. Koalifi will not show information on my account when i log in to their website. I got them through a car dealership then another business. They won't answer my questions straight up, including supervisors, when I call them. They won't tell me if I do or don't have a fixed rate on the loan. No information on my loan is available when I log in to their account. $715 dollars in dealership car repairs, promised $876 ish for 90 days same as cash and now they are raising it to $961 with no explanation. They are not a good company to do business and they are not honest. I feel I am being scammed when they also tell me if I don't want to make 2 payments of $84 dollars every other week, the payment jumps to $181 instead of $68, yet they won't answer the question about my interest rate. They claim 9.34 or something in taxes but very dishonest in more ways than one This is all because this is how their service advisor I dealt with recommended I apply to cover the part I needed replaced. The courtesy shuttle took over an hour to get me where I needed to go not counting the time I had mentioned I would need a shuttle on the day I dropped my car off. They are lucky there is not another Nissan dealership I knew of within 30 miles or I would have rather gone there More

They seemed very nice when they were sellers a car to me. I bargained that I could do oil change for free for three years or I didn’t buy a car. Before two years, they told me that it was my last time gettin I bargained that I could do oil change for free for three years or I didn’t buy a car. Before two years, they told me that it was my last time getting a free maintenance because it’s almost 2 years and I used all 6 oil change. I took a look at my contract and it was three years for 45000 miles. I called and they said that I used all 6 as specified in the contract even though in my contract there were not specified only 6 oil change. Don’t buy a car from this dealer. They are playing tricks to get you buy a car but not responsible or make it clear. More
