Any issues I have with my vehicle Ernie makes sure to explain in detail and goes out of his way to make the experience comfortable and with minimal inconvenience. I recently had to have my car serviced and I always request Ernie. For this visit he made sure I received a service vehicle because they had to keep my car for additional repairs. I was provided a ride to Enterprise car rentals. Their car rental service partner. Unfortunately, my experience with Enterprise on 12 ST & Camelback was a nightmare! They are the complete opposite of Ernie at Chapman BMW. I called Ernie and explained my horrific experience with Enterprise. Ernie went above and beyond to resolve all the horrible issues and discomfort they caused me, including inappropriate employee behavior and lies about the condition of the car returned. My experience with Enterprise was so horrible Ernie arranged to have their car returned on my behalf, so I wouldn't have to endure another moment of dealing with them in person. Ernie's actions to rectify the horrific issues I experienced with Enterprise restored my confidence in Chapman BMW. I can not say enough about Ernie's excellent customer service, quick resolution to issues, and his ability to once again make certain I return to this location for future service needs. I met countless people throughout both the NEW and PRE OWNED BMW dealership who thanked me for being a Customer at BMW. Knowing I wanted to trade my VW for a BMW, I contacted General Sale's Manager, Bob OWNED BMW dealership who thanked me for being a Customer at BMW. Knowing I wanted to trade my VW for a BMW, I contacted General Sale's Manager, Bob Cola who basically found me a BMW that would meet my needs and of course, wants. Bob was very cordial and extremely friendly as always. Bob and I go back to a previous dealership where I was one of his repeat and sometime too often a repeat Customer. With this, I am excited about being a BMW Customer. Bob introduced me to Sales Person, JC Chokrach who was so kind, fun, and friendly! He made my experience at BMW an enjoyable experience. JC Chokrach was extremely helpful. JC loves the BMW Brand. He is knowledgeable and certainly very informative. I look forward to returning to the dealership, even if only for a visit! I will certainly recommend the JC Chokrach at the Dealership and Bob Cola to all my friends who may be looking for a new or pre-owned car. By far, the best car purchasing experience ever!!! More
