Craig Rusin was hands down THE most helpful, informative salesman who truly enjoys his job and appreciates the true meaning of service. Got a great certified used X6. Excellent purchase experience. Fast and with most cards on the table. JC was very friendly and even answered to my messages after-hours. Financing/paperwork experience was a little weird being presented with a lot of options that I wasn't really aware of before and was given the wrong form to sign for which I had to go back. Reluctance to give me all new floor mats was a little weird compared to my previous dealings with Mercedes dealerships but not too big of a deal. More

Savas was the reason I had such a positive experience with Chapman. He was terrific to work with during my purchase and has been equally as terrific even after the sale. We leased a new X-5 in June 2013. During the process Craig Miller was courteous, followed up on every question and helped ensure an ontime arrival of the car in time for my wife's birthday. Craig spent time with us to ensure we had a good experience with the delivery and that we knew how to use most of the equipment in the car before we drove off the lot. He also ensured we were registered with BMW assist and invited us to attend the July meeting to help customers learn more about their new BMW. He also ensured we received our card for equipment discounts, and etc. He folowed up with us post delivery which was a pleasant surprise. We purchased a new 328i from North Scottsdale in Aug 2012. We are still not connected to BMW assist, never received a discount card, there was no post delivery follow up, etc. Additionally, the sales person we were dealing with this time for an X5 at that location did not follow up with us and seemed to care less whether we purchased or leased a car from them. The story gets worse, but I will not waste my time on that. We know in the future to deal with Craig and Chapman. More
