Our sales representative, Grady was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and really took the time to make sure we understood what incredible machines the BMWs were. Perhaps he was a bit more high-pressure than I prefer (which, admittedly, is none at all), but all-in-all, it was a pleasure dealing with him. That being said the prices at Chapman were steep, even taking the certification into account. This is probably the reason why they don't openly list their prices on autotrader.com. In sum, the customer service at Chapman was excellent but the prices precluded any serious thoughts of purchase. More
