A HUGE THANK YOU TO CHAPMAN BMW on CAMELBACK Last week I took my 2017 BMW 330i to a West Valley Dealership for it's 25K mile service. I also wanted them to look into what was causing a strange en Last week I took my 2017 BMW 330i to a West Valley Dealership for it's 25K mile service. I also wanted them to look into what was causing a strange engine noise and rough idle during morning start up. Of course the engine was warm from driving down from Prescott so after completing the 25k service they said they could not find any issues and sent me on my way. As my warranty is about to expire I thought I would contact another dealership. I called Chapman BMW on Camelback which got me in last Saturday. After giving me a loaner to use for the day, they called and said they could not find the noise, but suggested that I keep the loaner for the weekend to give them more time to find the issues. First thing Monday morning they called and said the found that a vanos actuator was bad and they had ordered the part. Tuesday afternoon I get a email that the car was ready for pickup. Wednesday when I picked up the car I found that not only did they repace the bad vanos acturator but took the time to find the source of the rough idle, replacing faulty spark plugs. Chapman BMW on Camelback gets a BIG 5 STAR RATING for taking the time neccessary to find and correct the problems that the first dealership showed no interest in finding or fixing. Amazing experience buying a car with BMW Chapman on Camelback! Bought my dream car and had a nice road trip going home.
