From when I was on the lot looking they answered my questions and not once asked me to purchase yet my fiance and I purchased 2 BMWs yesterday. We found the prices were more affordable than we ever thought possible for such a high quality car (it has things I never knew a car would do). We sat down to run numbers and sign contracts all of which only took about an hour. Signing was 5 minutes with no upgrade pressures and the cars cover so much by default that other dealerships charge extra for. Other dealerships that I have bought from like Toyota took 4-5 hours and now I wonder why they (Toyota) took so long. These specific employees and this specific dealership I can say are the best I have dealt with. I look forward to buying my next cars here with Craig Rusin and Casey Kingsley. I went to Chapman BMW on Camelback to test drive a 5 series BMW to see how it was compared to other mid-size luxury sedans. I recently started my car hunt and had my eyes set on a different make. Once there, I had the chance to work with Craig Rusin. From the beginning he was a very friendly guy. We test drove some different models and at the end of the day, they gave me an offer I couldn't refuse. I've never really driven a BMW and never thought I would end up becoming a driver of one, but now I see why people love their cars. In the end, I would say that my car buying experience was a great one (and my very first one, too). Craig was a good, honest and knowledgeable guy that made car buying a simple process. I've always been worried and nervous about how car shopping experiences could be but with him it definitely was not the typical experience that people are afraid of with the 'car salesman types'. If anyone ever asked me about purchasing a BMW, I'd definitely recommend Chapman BMW on Camelback. If they wanted a great salesman, I'd tell them to ask for Craig Rusin. Great guy! More

We have gone to a couple other dealerships the day before and felt worn out by the end of the day. We saw a great deal online and drove about 45 min to see the car.
