As a previous BMW owner I new that I wanted a new BMW. I had a Lexus Convertible that I had less than a year and honestly regretted the decision as i drove off the lot with the Lexus. I went into the Chapman CPO BMW dealership on Camelback with interest in a few vehicles that were on the lot. I was just ending a lease with a Range Rover Sport and needed to do something quickly. I had been to the Porsche dealership and Range Rover dealership earlier in the day to see what my other options were. I sat down with Tom Iles who laid out my options. He explained what the benefits were of owning a BMW and I quickly saw the difference with BMW compared to the "other guys". I felt relieved to be in that dealership, and felt welcome. The same could not be said about my earlier experience at other dealerships that day. I expressed to Tom that I had interest in a BMW M5 but was not sure that it was within my price range. At that point he brought over JC Chokrach to take me over to the new car lot for Chapman. JC was amazing. He walked us through the dealership and allowed me time to look at all the vehicles at my leisure. I saw a beautiful 2013 M5 and immediately wanted it. I expressed my interest in the vehicle and told JC to put together pricing for me. I told him that I wanted to take it for a drive and he got the keys and allowed me to take it for a spin around the block. I told him I needed to leave but I would be back to buy it the next day. I showed up the next day and after agreeing to a price, he introduced me to Alan who expedited the purchase process. I left that day with a new M5 and a fantastic experience. Tom Iles, JC Chokrach, and Alan were all very helpful. I would not consider going anywhere else to buy a vehicle after that experience, Chapman BMW was great. More

I had an opportunity to purchase a Volvo, however, when you are treated as well as I have been treated by Kim, as well as Doug Martin, the sales manager, why would I go anywhere else?? I will be referring people over to Kim right away so that they can have the same great experience that I always have with her.
