When I first started looking for a new car my husband and I were in the neighborhood of Chapman one Saturday evening and decided to just pop in and take a look at the cars. Michael was there to assist and frankly I didn't want to be bothered by a "salesman". We were only there for about 30 minutes that evening but it was such a pleasant experience with Michael. He was very friendly and extremely knowledegable - not pushy at all. Over the next several weeks I went to a couple of other dealerships, and decided to go back to Chapman to specifically work with Michael Ross. He made the entire buying experience enjoyable. I purchased a 2011 328i convertible a year ago. A couple months ago my husband and I saw Michael at a jazz festival, and not only did he remember the car he sold to me, he remembered our names. When I recently took my car in for its routine maintenance, which was also a positive experience, I made a point to stop by and say hello to Michael. He will forever be my sales guy!
