I am beyond thrilled and amazingly excited to be able to write this review for Chapman BMW on Camelback. I have a Nissan xTerra and was in the market to trade in for something more fuel efficient. After going to dealership after dealership making cold calls and getting cold responses, Chapman was one of the most willing to work with us--surprisingly so. Initially, I thought, "BMW what could they possibly do for me?" And you know... they surpassed my expectations. Jason was incredibly friendly and passionate about finding us a vehicle that meets our needs without budging. Unfortunately, we found a different vehicle than what they offered quicker due to the car needing some repairs. We were incredibly excited to work with Jason, but unfortunately, the bottom line is when needed a swap quickly and something else came through quicker. Despite this, we cannot work with Jason in the future--he is an amazing man with a strong work ethic. More

We had toured the factory in SC earlier this year and thought we knew a lot about the X3. Well, Artin showed us the items we didn't know and we ended up ordering the car built exactly the way we wanted. Artin kept us updated as the car went into production. When it arrived, he spent a number of hours with us going over in detail the various workings of this magnificant auto. So, I have to say that we enjoyed this experience so much that we ordered a second BMW (328i) and know we're a two-BMW car family! Kudos to Artin and the staff at Chapman BMW on Camelback! More

My experience at this dealership is the worst experience I've had in 50 years. I had ordered a car and placed a substantial deposit. I dropped off my old car before my month's vacation. The agreement was that I would pick up the car when I returned. The salesman had asked me the day before to take a credit application only to hold the rebate offered to BMW buyers. The day I dropped off my trade-in the salesman and the finance person suddenly told me that I would need to either pay the full remaining amount due on the car, or take out a loan for the remaining amount. I protested that this was not the arrangement, and that they had over 30% of the value of the new car in their hands. I then left, refusing to pay the loan or the full amount for the car. I immediately left for vacation, as planned, and purchased the car when I returned. I felt that with the amount of money that they had in their hands that I had no choice but to buy the car. They already had the Title and registration of the trade. It would have been far more expensive for me to take legal action. I feel that the dealer was very deceptive and coercive. This is disrespectful and no way to treat a customer. More

This is my second BMW from Chapman. Both on the European Delivery program. This is the absolute way to go. Artin was newer to the Euro Delivery process, but picked it up like a pro. I endured over 8 hours of the worst auto buying experience in over 40 years of buying cars, today. I was presented with several different offers including one with a nearly $25000 balloon payment experience in over 40 years of buying cars, today. I was presented with several different offers including one with a nearly $25000 balloon payment after 5 years, I rejected it I, and explained I did not want that type of financing program and at that point should have just left, as I was getting up to do so, I believe it was a sales manager who said if he could make me a deal for $1000 per month, would I agree. I did He and the salesman went back into their lounge and shortly thereafter, the sales rep returned and said we had a deal for my car, $3000 down and $1000 per month. I asked what had changed. The sales rep said he didn't know. When I got back into the document processor to sign paperwork, I find the deal wa not as I believed, but for $1050 per month and he had thrown back in the balloon payment. Rather than go back out and start haggling all over again after nearly 9 hours now, I signed what I had to to get the xxxx out of there, in short, I feel screwed, blue and tattooed. I am now saddled with a car that is always worth 25000 less than market value, I screwed up and should have just left. Bur It's now my car and I'll live with it. But when you find my survey completely filled with unsatisfactory you'll know why. I now have purchased my last vehicle ever from Chapman, in prior years I've purchased an X5, and a 550i, and presently own a 2009 750i. I'll let this end here, I will never go through the xx I endured yesterday, again to purchase a car that I will hate, knowing that even after paying off all payments I will have to refinance it to keep or sell it. I've own 2 insurance businesses in the past 20 years, I understand the concept of the closer, but never let my people get so greedy for a deal, they would throw things into the paperwork that a client specifically said he did not want. I will service my cars at Chandler or North Scottsdale. Yours is not the first time I noticed that the guy preparing the paperwork, has a very different idea of what the offer was, but never at a place purporting to be a high end dealership.
