Horrible dealership DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! I REPEAT DO NOT My wife and I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership not even a week ago and DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! I REPEAT DO NOT My wife and I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership not even a week ago and already having problems which it. Also they sold us the vehicle in As Is condition meaning the vehicle had scratches all over as well as the bumper front and back was loose and never repaired! On top of that there was a HOLE in the floor on the drivers side that they never mention to us because they covered it up with a Car mat so we wouldn’t see it . And to top it off my wife called non stop to This dealership but kept getting ignored and left voicemails and even emailed the sales guy ( Steve Herndon) who sold us the vehicle and still still haven’t gotten a response back! We are beyond furious and unsatisfied with our experience at Horsham. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 We are not satisfied with this dealership and advise anyone who plans on purchasing a vehicle from Horsham, to look somewhere else!! Make you feel like they are doing you a favor by bring your Brought my car to chapman a few times simply because i have a warranty and they are the closest jeep dealer to my house (i would never buy a car from Brought my car to chapman a few times simply because i have a warranty and they are the closest jeep dealer to my house (i would never buy a car from them...was told the price I got from Videon on my Jeep was a lie and they could not sell a car at that price...which Videon sold it to me for!). Whenever i bring my car in the service team make me feel as thopugh its a privelage to bring my car to their dealership. They once put in a cabin filter i didnt ask for and they said they would take 10% off. when i told them to put in my old one back, the service mgr said that he would now have to eat the cost! Really??? cmon.....they need to learn manors at this dealership and how to treat customers. Lastly take a page from thompsons playbook and try washing a car when its serviced.... More

Nothing transpired, So I called the owner/operator who’s a clown! Asked me why I was so upset (like it was a joke). Wanted to know why I was raising my voice and cursing at him. I need EarPods for free like I need another Summer Home! Fact is they stole earbuds out of the car and couldn’t even apologize. Look at the reviews on line. They Suck! How does Jeep let them sell their product. More

The worst service I have ever received We have a Dodge Hellcat. The car just stopped a couple weeks ago. Engine runs but car won't move in any gear. Just grinds. We had the transmission rep We have a Dodge Hellcat. The car just stopped a couple weeks ago. Engine runs but car won't move in any gear. Just grinds. We had the transmission replaced at another dealer a year ago at 5400 miles. We now have 13,000 miles. I call this dealer for an appointment and it's 2 weeks out. I'm not in any big hurry so I say fine. 2 days before the appointment I get an email saying my service visit was cancelled. I called the service writer and he confirmed my appointment was gone. He said they are having email issues. The car was towed into this dealer. The lot is so small the tow truck could barely get in. There is absolutely no parking anywhere around this dealer's service area. But, they have row after row of 70K plus Hellcats and Trackhawk's lined up as far as the eye can see. I pulled into the tiny "quick lane" since I was only supposed to only be dropping off my keys. A guy comes out and says I can't park there in a real nasty tone. I asked where I was supposed park, since there was no parking and he shrugged and walked away. I then waited a good 15-20 minutes for the service adviser to get off a call while two others are sitting there doing NOTHING! He finally gets off the phone and asks for my keys. He starts walking towards the car and I follow him out. He asked me what the issue was and I told him, it won't move, just like I had done twice before on the phone, and while he fumbled around getting it into the computer a few minutes earlier. He gets into the car, starts in up, and looks up at me from the driver seat and says with a condescending tone, "Were you racing it? Where you driving it fast? Where did it happen and how fast where you going?" I was completely flabbergasted. They will quickly sell you a 700 HP 70k car, with a warranty, then have the audacity to ask you in a snotty fashion if you "race" the car or drive it fast? Did I buy a Hellcat or a Prius? I don't race and if you saw me, you'd likely laugh that the question was ever asked. After another 20 minutes fumbling with paperwork because I tried to add an inspection and oil change which I quickly recanted, I get ready to leave . He tells me "we're not a big dealer like xxx, it will take longer" The last dealer took 6 weeks to fix my last problem! After getting home and becoming more and more frustrated I called another tow company and paid to have it taken somewhere else. I called the service adviser to tell him that I was having the car removed. He asked why and I told him (not very nicely, but not cussing). In fairness, he did apologize and tried to explain those are questions that FCA (Parent company of Dodge) requires. I have ties to FCA and I know that is 100% inaccurate. For a big job FCA requires the dealer to download the PCM (car's computer) data and send it to FCA to verify it was not modified. They will often ask if the dealer observes any aftermarket parts before authoring the warranty work and may ask for pictures. What's sad is as long as FCA approves the warranty work, the dealer gets paid. The dealer does not eat any warranty costs. This was simply a case of a nasty representative/dealership trying to push around a customer they think is uninformed. AVOID!!! More
Terrible customer service and bussiness I dropped off a vehicle there for service on2/20/18 at 3:15 pm. I had a appointment. when arriving they ask me to leave the vehicle so a tech can look at it the next day because they are busy. I agree to that. I called the following day at 12 noon to check on the status of my vehicle, they proceed to tell me that a tech has not looked at it yet that there is a few cars ahead of me.i call again at 3 pm to check the status of my vehicle , again they tell me no tech looked at it yet and there is a few cars ahead of me. They must think people should wait on them. remind you i had an appointment the day before and i don't have vehicles at hand to be using. If they are so busy they should have informed me about it and not let me believe they are gonna be looking into my issue. So i wrote a review on their website about the service and i received a phone call from a guy name Tim. I am guessing he is the service manager. Tim says to me that he saw my review and told me to come and pick up my vehicle and that they will not do any work on my car. boy they cant take criticism about their service. so i picked up my vehicle and and left. so for any one thinking about going there don't, drive the couple extra miles to Fred Beans in Doylestown, pa More
I took my new Dodge Challenger Scat Pack to this dealership for the first oil change and weather stripping replacement. The Service desk employees are disrespectful and incompetent. I dealt with Geo dealership for the first oil change and weather stripping replacement. The Service desk employees are disrespectful and incompetent. I dealt with George Nightlinger, Rich Underkofler and Alfredo Vaz. There was excessive mileage put on my vehicle and it was returned to me a week later damaged. I would not return to this Service department even if it was free. Rich Underkofler was the worst of the three at the Service desk. He tells customers they can't wait on the property and they have to rent a vehicle from Enterprise. I was wondering how much in kick backs they are getting from Enterprise. Update : Recently found out the front of my brand new Scat Pack was repainted and the color does not match the rest of the vehicle. This additional damage was covered up by Chapman when they had my vehicle for a week. This dealership is awful and I’m pissed I didn’t catch this when I picked up the vehicle. More
Too Bizarre for words I made an appointment a week in advance to have two recall items fixed on my truck. I arrived on time and was taken promptly. Unfortunately that's whe I made an appointment a week in advance to have two recall items fixed on my truck. I arrived on time and was taken promptly. Unfortunately that's where the promptness stopped. I was told that the service would take 5-6 hours and I'd get a call when they finished. I got a call in the evening saying that they were unable to get my truck into a service bay even though they had it all day because they were really backed up. How do you get that backed up when you're making appointments? And if you're really that backed up, you know ahead of time. A phone call to ask for a reschedule seems like common courtesy. They needed to keep it a second day but would make sure it was done first thing. I received a call at 1:30 in the afternoon that it still hadn't been looked at due to the back-up in service. When I said I would come get the truck and take it elsewhere, a bay amazingly freed up. At 5:30 I received another call saying that the work wasn't complete and the service rep "asked" me if he could keep it overnight and finish in the morning. Like I had a choice! Everything was already taken apart so of course they had to keep it. On the third day, they called at 9:30 in the morning to say it was done and I could pick it up. But they weren't done yet. They said they'd done a "free assessment" of my vehicle and suggested that I get new tires, rear brakes and calipers and an alignment at the low price of $972. I had just had an inspection done 3 weeks before. After a total lack of respect for my time, they now wanted to do work that was unnecessary. What in the world were they thinking? This was my first visit and my last. More
