Chapman Hyundai Phoenix

Yesterday started off in a bad way. I was driving to work in my Hyundai Santa Fe and I heard a cracking noise! Uh oh! I called the tow service and asked them to take me to my Hyundai dealership (Chapman). Af in my Hyundai Santa Fe and I heard a cracking noise! Uh oh! I called the tow service and asked them to take me to my Hyundai dealership (Chapman). After a period of time I was told that I would have to have a new motor put in the car! Well - I was not going to do that - it seemed more economical just to pick up a new vehicle. I was taken to the sales department where I was introduced to Steve. He was very personable and made the car buying situation an easy one. We test drove a couple of cars and discussed what I was looking for. He was very patient with me - as I was not in the car purchasing mind set! He made sure that the finacing went smoothly (with the help of George Tellez) and I was able to drive away in my new car! He even helped me to clean out my old vehicle (a bigger task than you would think)! I had a very positive experience and would suggest that anyone looking for a new vehicle pop over to Chapman and ask for Steve! More
