This was our fourth Hyundai that we have purchased in the past few years and we actually wanted to just trade in our Santa Fe 2019 and get the newest model. After talking with Jay we ended up purchasing the 2021 Santa Fe Hybrid. Due to Jays knowledge and expertise with the Hyundai cars, he convinced us that this was the best deal for us. We never had a hybrid before so we were very reluctant at first. He very meticulously went over the advantages of the hybrid vs the regular Santa Fe and we were SOLD! The failure occurred on or about the 19th of May. When I called and spoke to the operator I was told the car couldn't be seen until the 9th of June, at the earliest. I took my 2020 Elantra here for service since they built this right next to my house and the service was impeccable, so I took my Elantra there for maintenance forever. I said if I ever buy a new car I'm g this right next to my house and the service was impeccable, so I took my Elantra there for maintenance forever. I said if I ever buy a new car I'm going to buy it here. I price checked around the valley and did buy a brand new 2021 Sonata SEL here. The price was fair, the trade in value was fair, there was absolutely zero pressure from the salesman Jay Schaeffer and most importantly, zero pressure from the finance fellow once it got to the final signing. His name was Caleb Escalante. I've been given "the business" from multiple finance folk before and ripped off. I told Mr Escalante that if any of this happened I'd just get mad and walk, but he was pleasant to deal with too. In addition, this dealership is with the times and your final contract will be a neatly stapled packet. Jay Schaeffer was wonderful and worked patiently with me in multiple aspects of the process.
