My wife and I purchased a 2021 Palisade yesterday and we worked with Yannick and Andres. I have bought quite a few cars over the last 35 years but I think my experience with these guys was by far the best worked with Yannick and Andres. I have bought quite a few cars over the last 35 years but I think my experience with these guys was by far the best overall. They are very easy to work with, straight forward, and no nonsense or B.S. Everyone at the dealership we met was just plain nice and we never got that stereotypical "car dealer" feeling....you know what I'm talking about. The negotiations were straight forward. I did my homework and knew what bottom line dealer cost was and offered what I thought was a fair profit for them and they accepted. There were no surprises or post negotiation add-on pressures placed on us. Dakota in finance is a great guy as well. Quick and easy, no surprises, and fun to work with. The car was prepared beautifully and Yannick did a fantastic job taking us through all the features and details of the car to make sure we were comfortable driving home. As far as the Palisade is concerned, it is a beautifully made vehicle. Only time will tell for sure as this is our first Hyundai, but we are really impressed so far. It seems like Toyota and Honda now has some serious competition. More

Three RIng Circus I found a car that I wanted to purchase a Used Elantra GT. The salesperson Shawn Sicari and I came to an agreement on the price, and he sent me a co I found a car that I wanted to purchase a Used Elantra GT. The salesperson Shawn Sicari and I came to an agreement on the price, and he sent me a contract. . He then sent me a Finance form to fill out so they could look at my credit report so we he can begin to find financing. I filled out the finance form and sent it back. The DEALERSHIP pulled my credit report and then the next day I get a phone call that they sold my car!!! ? I was in the middle of financing!!! I was mad as xxxx and explained they had no right to pull my credit report on a car that was sold!!! I spoke with the Manager and he agreed it was ILLEGAL what they had done. I will be in contact with the GM of the dealership. More

My husband and i purchased a new 2020 Hyundai Palisade here today and our salesman Eli was awesome to work with. We are from Tucson and Eli took care of us and did everything possible to get us in our new here today and our salesman Eli was awesome to work with. Now it doesn't end there Eli had another Chapman employee named Mario who drove and delivered our Hyundai to us at our home which made our experience that much better. Once Mario arrived with our vehicle Mario went over all the vehicles bells and whistles and explained and showed us how everything worked i was really impressed with Mario and his knowledge about our new purchase. In conclusion i must say that Eli and Mario gave us the best experience in buying a vehicle from them over at Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale and i will definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking to purchase a new car.
