Bill Lohmeyer is a Liar! Sold me a used car and gave me a fraudulent carfax report. DO NOT BUY FROM BILL!!! I've had the car less than 30 days and it won't start. The tire pressure indicator light has been on since day one, Bill says thats normal? Many other issues with the car as well. I've tried to contact the dealership and they won't return my calls. Aweful customer service. Bill Lohmeyer is a snake that will sell you a lemon, STAY AWAY FROM CHAPMAN IF YOUR PURCHASING A CAR. More

Wasn’t greeted for 15 minutes when i walked in on January 6th Monday. We were standing, even sat in the car to see - no one bothered. Brittany finally came and said ‘i thought you were with someone’. Nope, jokes on you - all of you sales saw us when we walked in but decided to ignore us. Maybe because we are young and you thought I can’t afford the car. Paul is rude - would never purchase anything with him. He does NOT deserve my business whatsoever. HE EVEN THROWS PAPER AT YOU - i am not even joking. He is very blunt in a rude way - ‘Why would i lose money to sell my car?’. Maybe you really can’t give me a lower price, but you can’t talk to your customer like this. Brittany doesn’t know anything about her job, clueless - doesn’t know much about the car, always have to go to the back to consult with her boss. Later she just stood in the back and watched Paul trying to close the deal. Nick is the only asset you have- knowledgeable and he actually tries to work with you instead of being rude and cut you off. Bottom line: Brittany doesn’t deserve this commission. Nick needs to get all of it since I wouldn’t have purchased the car if the sales were Brittany and Paul. More

He answered all questions candidly, seemed knowledgeable about the vehicle yet honest when he needed to check on a couple specifics. I did not end up buying a car from him today, simply because the specific one I wanted was not available, but I took his card and will come back to Chapman soon. More

Other dealerships didn't understand my needs or they might too busy selling their choice of car to me. Chapman Mazda seem like the most sincere dealership, even if they are trying to sell you something (which is their job), they are still looking out for you and will work with you. The perfect balance at a dealership. I got the exact car I wanted at the price I thought was fair, thank you Chapman Mazda!
