Omar went out of his way on a couple of occasions and Elizabeth in finance was friendly and professional. My reason for giving 4 rather than 5 stars centers around the service department. While I was assured the car was checked out thoroughly, the passenger windshield wiper was so worn that it wasn't even able to clean off windshield washer fluid! As a safety matter, the wipers needed to be replaced, but they clearly were not even checked. I had to spend $65 out of my pocket to replace them. In addition, although it may seem minor, I discovered that all four of the car's tires were set at different air pressures--and none of them coincided to the factory setting provided on the door sill. Again, this shows little attention to detail on the part of the service department, and a poor level of customer service. More

Bill Lohmeyer and entire staff extremely friendly & helpful. I stopped by to look at the new Miata 5 RF and was met by Bill Lohmeyer. Super guy, funny, kind, and not pushy in any way. He let me test drive a 2018 I stopped by to look at the new Miata 5 RF and was met by Bill Lohmeyer. Super guy, funny, kind, and not pushy in any way. He let me test drive a 2018 Miata Hardtop and I immediately loved it. I brought my spouse in the next day to test drive and we decided to get a new 2019. They staff listened to what I wanted, and found one for me that was supposed to be a month and a half out. They got it in about 1 and 1/2 weeks! It was perfect, and as I wanted this as a second car and wanted to pay cash they worked with me in extraordinary fashion, completing the process in just a couple hours. They then brought me around to meet all the staff including Justin in Service. Another super nice guy. I highly recommend Chapman Mazda and if you get the opportunity, ask for Bill! Best car buying experience ever! More
