To be honest, it was unlikely that I would have been able to leave the lot without the car given my wife's absolute love of this particular vehicle (her car, her choice (she made a very good decision)). We have purchased 7 or so vehicles from Charles Boyd over the past 16 years. Sales and service personnel have always been courteous, informed, and reasonable. They truly seek to meet the needs that the buyer conveys. They are not pushy but are realistic in helping find a vehicle that is within one's price range and an appropriate match for the buyers expectations. Other than a bit of length of time in organizing paperwork, both Bobby and Steven were exceptionally personable, knowledgeable, and helpful in negotiating a very fair purchase of a quality vehicle. Top notch Steven was an absolute pleasure to work with. We came there after looking at two other dealerships to purchase an suv. I inquired about the vehicle on Sunday, got an automatic response that dealership was closed and someone would be in contact Monday morning. That is exactly what was done Steven called this morning and we discussed what we were looking for and he was on top of it. I completed credit application online before I got there and arrived at dealership around 2pm. We discussed with his manager (forgot his name but I have his card) the plan and where did I need to be payment wise, less than an hour later deal was done, we had to stall a bit for my wife to arrive so it took longer than expected to close the deal( not their fault) Charles Boyd has won me over and will be a customer moving forward More

They were very courteous and knowledgeable and I never felt pressured. I didn’t purchase a car at that time but knew when I was ready I would return to Henderson. So Monday I did return to test drive 2 vehicles I found on their site. I met Stephen and told him what I was interested in and the reasons why. He immediately gave me valuable information on each vehicle and why I may like one over the other. After test driving both vehicles and discussing options with him including things like extended warranties I purchased a great car! More
