The one I had looked at online while on vacation was sold, but Diane Wessner helped me find another one. I have dealt with Diane before. She is a super friendly person to deal with. This is my sixth vehicle over the years from Charles Boyd. Charles Boyd has always been a great person to do business with. Charles Boyd has pride, honor, and integrity. Excellent Customer Service I called to inquire on a warranty on a vehicle that I didn’t purchase there. When I gave them the information they told me about my free service that I called to inquire on a warranty on a vehicle that I didn’t purchase there. When I gave them the information they told me about my free service that the dealership that I purchased the car from didn’t tell me about. They did the service AND addressed the issue we were having with the car. Because of this I decided to look online for a car. We had been looking but couldn’t find “the” car. I recently went to another dealership and applied to purchase a new car. Needless to say, I wasn’t sold on the terms or the car. I went to Charles Boyd Chevrolet in Henderson NC and found the car of my dreams! They worked with me to get to my terms but in the mean time I was told about the other dealership processing my credit application 12 times!!! I am furious that this happened BUT Charles Boyd worked hard after hours to make it happen!! I am so thankful that Diane, Bobby, and Robby were there last night. They were the winning trio!! As well as the service department!!!! More

20 years ago and today My mother bought my grandmother a used vehicle 20 years ago. My grandmother drive that truck for 20 years with only MINIMAL repairs. Under my mother’s guidance, I visited the exact same dealership today. You see, I have three new friends from other countries teaching in VA and needed a great used car. After a week of searching, our spirits were down with the overall experience. Today, I drove up to Charles Boyd Chevrolet and Mrs. Diane met us at the door. She was warm, attentive and very articulate and focused. She helped my friends find the exact car they’d been searching for. Although not in the market to buy, she was so good, I’m now looking for a second vehicle. I appreciate Boyd Chevrolet for their professionalism and customer service. My Cadillac experience My search for a Cadillac XTS was a long process that took approximately 8 months to finally get the car I wanted. I live in Indianapolis, Indiana and My search for a Cadillac XTS was a long process that took approximately 8 months to finally get the car I wanted. I live in Indianapolis, Indiana and I thought the process would be easy. At first I looked at dealerships in my area. Then online up to 50 miles away. Quickly my search went to 100 miles, then 200, then 500, and finally nationwide while still looking locally because I knew what I wanted and it had to be available. My search then took me to Charles Boyd where I had contact with Diane Asher. She was so attentive to my needs and followed up with all my questions. The next step was to FaceTime with Diane so she could show me the car and all options the car had. Every step of the way Diane was quick to answer any questions I had. And there were many! Overall, my experience was amazing. When the time comes to look for another vehicle I will begin my search with Diane. More
