Amazing Sales Experience! This is the BEST Car Salesman I have ever had I seen the car I wanted on Saturday after they had closed, so on Monday when I got off work at 5 I went straight there arrived around 6 .Charles Hilla I seen the car I wanted on Saturday after they had closed, so on Monday when I got off work at 5 I went straight there arrived around 6 .Charles Hillard met me in the parking lot and I was out of there and home buy 8. They close at 7 so Charles stayed after to show me how to work the features on the car sorry Charles but I am very thankful cause I sure would be lost. Charles you are the best. More

great people bad service done on my sierra took 14 sierra in for oil change throttle body and trans fluid flush .... got it back and and a several days later i noticed smoke when i started it u took 14 sierra in for oil change throttle body and trans fluid flush .... got it back and and a several days later i noticed smoke when i started it up and oil pressure was not not in same range as normal . long story short it was over filled with oil the throttle body was half cleaned i took it back and they corrected issues ... at this point im not sure if engine is hurt from this or not .. i talked with the the service manager and he said in his opinion it wouldnt hurt the engine being overfilled with oil, even when the owners manual says otherwise .... even if he is right i will not be going back my confidence in their service techs is gone ... at the end of our back and forth i asked to speak with Charles boyd and a younger gentleman showed up and introduced his self as a boyd he did not add any value to the situation ... just want to get this information out there so people can at least check behind these guys after a oil change or a service is performed here ..... it may save you alot of time and money . More

Go to this Guy I saw my car online and called Charles made an appointment to look at the car.
