His response w After shopping around for a month, and receiving countless phone calls and emails from other dealerships, I finally contacted Charles. His response was quick and polite. We were able to come to an agreement over the phone in a few minutes. When I arrived at the dealership the next day to finalize the paperwork, the vehicle had been cleaned and fueled up without any nagging on my part (i have, in the past, had to ask numerous times for the vehicle to be fueled and cleaned properly). Overall great experience More
