"Eddie189", first we would like to sincerely offer our condolences towards the less than desirable experience you have had with your Cadillac. This is very unfortunate, as we only wish and want each car we sell and service to withhold from breaking and incurring the additional cost to fix them, once out of the manufactures warranty or the vehicle service contract option. Though the grading that you scored for our team is showing about as bad as it can be, we do hope that is not the case. Yes, we may have to give news that is not fun to receive when diagnosing a problem that may cost additional time and money, but we do hope the manner in which our team communicated was transparent, upfront and honest. We can not control the outcomes of how a vehicle is engineered to perform and not break, but we will always be willing to receive the problem when it occurs and offer a solution to the best of our ability. Now, if something was legitimately owed to you and did not get it, Mr. Boyd has asked me to give you his email so that he can personally look into making sure that you did receive everything that was formally owed to you at time of delivery.
