My Salesperson-Diane Asher Ms. Diane Asher exhibited superior product knowledge throughout the transaction. She made my wife and me feel at ease and never pressured us in any w Ms. Diane Asher exhibited superior product knowledge throughout the transaction. She made my wife and me feel at ease and never pressured us in any way. She spent a great deal of time learning about us and what we expected in a vehicle. Ms. Asher covered completely what was available in our price range and followed that up by showing us each vehicle and accompanying us on test drives. She pointed out the features on the vehicles that we drove. When we made our selection, Mr. Asher made the rest of the process easy. We completed the paperwork necessary and left with our new vehicle the same day. Before we left, Mr. Asher sat in the car with us for about 30 minutes making sure we understood the features. She has called us several times since the purchase to make sure that we are satisfied with our purchase. Each time I come into the dealership for service such as oil changes, Ms Asher makes sure to welcome me. She remembers my name and asks about my family. In summary, Diane Asher has sold me 2 cars in less than one year and I recommend her to all of my friends. More

Making My Dream A Reality I was up early yesterday morning, continuing my search for a Silver Lincoln Towncar like my granny used to drive. I had recently became employed with the United States Postal Service, and had just sold my 2012 Toyota RAV4 in order to be able to buy my dream car. I searched google for "Lincoln Towncar for sale NC" and immediately came upon a beautiful 2005 Towncar that was just what I wanted. Me and my granddad drove out to Charles Boyd today, and were blown away by the quality of this Towncar. The wheels were flawless, and the interior/exterior were near mint. I had never driven a Towncar before, but I have to say that the quality of the ride by far exceeded my expectations; it brings a smile to my face every time. My salesman was a man named John Cash. Mr. Cash was very professional in every way to see that I got my dream car. The test ride was of great duration, and the paperwork was a breeze. This is my first car that I have ever bought, and I have to say, not in a shy way, that I am absolutely satisfied with my visit to Charles Boyd Chevrolet, Cadillac, Buick, and GMC of Henderson. More
