Hi Hector, We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with your experience and appreciate the opportunity to respond. Please know that the 2024 Chevy Trailblazer was thoroughly inspected before the sale and passed all required safety checks, including the condition of the tires. At the time of purchase, the tire tread measured over 50%, which meets and exceeds safety standards. The vehicle was not sold in an unsafe condition. We understand you had the vehicle inspected elsewhere a few months after purchase and were advised to replace the tires. However, you did not bring the vehicle back to us for evaluation. Had you returned to our dealership, we would have gladly inspected the tires ourselves and worked with you on a possible resolution. Unfortunately, since the tires were replaced elsewhere without giving us the chance to assess the issue, we are unable to assist after the fact. We always encourage customers to return to us with any concerns so we can provide support directly.

Hello, We sincerely apologize for the experience you've had with our dealership. We understand your frustration and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. Given the age of the vehicle, a 2011 model, there is unfortunately no way to predict future issues that may arise with various components. At the time of sale, the vehicle was operating properly and was sold as-is. That said, we made multiple efforts to assist you after the purchase, including inspecting the vehicle and attempting to address the door handle issue at no charge. While we did have the vehicle for several days, the delay was due to waiting on a specific part that, regrettably, never arrived. As Honda no longer manufactures this part, and despite our best efforts, we were unable to source it from our usual vendors. If you have located a replacement part that you believe will fit, we would be happy to install it for you at no cost. However, please note that we cannot guarantee its compatibility or functionality.
