Before going to Charlie’s, I knew what I was looking for and I did not necessarily care which dealership I purchased it from. My wife and went to Charlie’s on a sub-zero post snow storm day and we met Jed. Despite the below zero temperatures and the fact all the vehicles in the lot were covered in snow, Jed was more than helpful getting us to the specific vehicle I wanted to look at, and he did it with a great attitude. My wife and I walked away that day feeling positive about our experience and our dealings with Jed and Nelson. I felt they took the time to listen to me and understood that I was the kind of person who would walk away if I felt I was being pressured. We ultimately bought the vehicle 2 days later. Jed and Nelson were extremely friendly, easy to speak with, and they treated us with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. This is the second vehicle we have purchase from Charlies, and that is a result of our very positive interactions with the sales staff there. More

On a dark, cold night I've purchased many new vehicles in my long 69 years and have grown to absolutely dread and detest the process; I have had every dirty trick thrown at I've purchased many new vehicles in my long 69 years and have grown to absolutely dread and detest the process; I have had every dirty trick thrown at me over the years and expected nothing different with this dealership. I figured this would just be another dealership that I would walk/run away from disgusted... HOWEVER - I found myself 90 miles from home on a windy and cold evening (5:30 pm) to checkout a vehicle that I had just found on Charlie's website. I was met by Justin (Sales) and we walked the darkened lot to find the truck; Justin brought the truck into the heated and well lit (closed) service center. Justin was well versed in the product, answering all my questions and after a short test drive, he introduced me to Tom (Sales Manager). Tom and I quickly discussed and negotiated my trade-in and financing. I was never pressured to sign a contract and left that night with a great deal on a truck made possible by a top dollar offer on my trade-in. I also left happy with the knowledge that I was actually part of the negotiation as many dealerships attempt to browbeat you into submission and refuse to listen. After a brief discussion with my wife, I emailed Justin and Tom early the next morning to close the deal. I gave Justin a small list of things I wanted checked and arrived back that afternoon with my wife to complete the deal. Met with Eric (Sales Manager) to finalize the paperwork and again - no pressure; I'm not one to purchase extended warranties or paint protection, etc. and Eric quickly understood my position, so we ended up with the quickest and most streamlined transaction that I've ever experienced. Justin then took over and made sure (it was now dark, again) I understood where all the important buttons were to guide us on our trip home. And, everything I had earlier asked Justin to check was accomplished to my satisfaction. The 90 mile trip home went smooth and my new Colorado actually far exceeded my expectations. I have never experienced such a streamlined/no pressure purchase from people that not only knew their product, they enjoyed what they were doing. I highly recommend this dealership. Outstanding Sales Service Team! I worked with Jed back in May of this year (2017), lease had expired. Leased a fabulous 2017 Cruz LT Hatchback, loved the vehicle and all it's bells/ I worked with Jed back in May of this year (2017), lease had expired. Leased a fabulous 2017 Cruz LT Hatchback, loved the vehicle and all it's bells/whistles, but I was not thinking about the winter months coming up. So back to the dealership to see what magic they could work to get me into an Equinox considering I was only 6 months into my lease. They got me into a 2018 Equinox with only 3300 miles on it. I was not mobbed when i walked in, which was fantastic in it self. Justin showed me all the inventory and I picked out a New 2017 Silverado. Tom and Nelson were great with all the rebates. The truck was cleaned and fueled up before I left. I used to do buisness with another dealership, Whom shall remain nameless. This will be the third vehicle purchased from Charlies.
