Shady business practices The owner and service manager were both extremely condescending when speaking to me about the repairs to my car. They attempted to bully me into putt The owner and service manager were both extremely condescending when speaking to me about the repairs to my car. They attempted to bully me into putting a $250 battery into my 8 year old domestic car. They installed it without getting my ok, and then gave me push back when I told them to take it out and put my battery back in (ended up going to a reputable service shop who installed a 5 year warranty battery for $77 total). They then lied to me and said that my car would not even start, so I would have to tow it out. When I picked up my car, it started up just fine and I drove it 5 miles myself to get the battery replaced. I was then told that I was the liar - while the same employee that told me my car would not even start was the same employee that told them I had ok'd the battery install. Very shady business practices, and their response to my complaint was that I was wrong and they had already did me a favor by removing the battery free of charge (when I did not approve it in the first place!). Be very wary of their service department, especially if you are a female. More
