"Terrible experience "

I had got a car from them and at first they were understanding but then it just became a headache and stressful they became rude and started leaving rude voicemails about me making payments I put over 400$ into my car I had from them they lied about the service work that was needed on the car they came and took my car and lied about me being able to get it back.. I have never had a bad experience until I met them.. Mary is extremely rude she needs a reality check.. Terrible terrible worst 700$ I ever put down..

Mary was very rude all the time. Very unprofessional. I was bringing my payment in the same she still had my car taken. Not to mention I have brought several cars in the past from this establishment. The cars are over priced and you will have to put more work and money into them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE....

"I had called a Chase 8 in Loves Park IL about some trucks..."

I had called a Chase 8 in Loves Park IL about some trucks and a Chevy Blazer. The lady told me the prices of the trucks and they ranged from 6000.00 to 7000.00 and had to put 800.00 down on them. I asked her about the Chevy Blazer they had and she said that one we are asking 3995.00 for it and you would need 800.00 down on this as well. That was a 1994 Blazer I said. She said yes. And I asked her why they needed 800.00 down on that and she says we are asking 800.00 on every truck and suv. I told her I don’t have that type of money to be putting down on a car or a truck. She asked me how much I did have and I told her I have about 300.00 to 400.00 to put down. She said that when I get the 800.00 then to call back which she said it very ruddily and made me feel like I was poor and didnt deserve a car or truck from them cause I didnt have 800.00 to put down on one.

very disrespectful person,need to be taught how to communicate with customers.need a lesson in customer service.she was very rude and unfair after talking on the phone with her she told me I had to have the payment in by four pm that day.she did not give me time ,came and got the car before three pm ,did not even give me enough time to bring in the payment.also charged a one hundred fifty repo fee,at that time I was having a hard enough time making the payment that month then to get a additional fee was devastating,all she had to do was give me until four.although I have been late with my payment I always call and let them know whats going on and when I will be in to make a payment,but this was uncalled for.I will start mailing in payments because I get so upset when entering that building.always smart remarks,very unprofessional. Also with this car I did not receive the manual book.which is needed.I hate I ever walked into thhat place,still having problems with car,put too much money into this to let go.very unhappy customer.
