After purchasing an used 2016 Malibu on October 5, 2021 with only one key fob, we went to Chase Chevrolet. Chase made another key at an extremely reasonable charge. We also had an issue with On Star. The fix was extremely expensive. Chase fixed the steering wheel commands (which were inoperable) and quieted the "screaming On Star" audio. The supervisor waved all charges for the appointment and sincerely apologized for the quoted projected work costs to resolve all the issues. We were absolutely overwhelmed with gratitude. Thank you Chase. The staff is super kind and professional. Our Malibu will be in the care of Chase. More

I've known Ernie for over 25 yrs and five star's doesn't do this man justice he needs ten. he is family and will do what ever it takes to help you out no matter what the hurdles are.
