To be clear we are talking about the official Chase Service department not the Oil /tire rotation quick service. I left my car after and oil change for a new water pump. Not only was the charge for the Service department not the Oil /tire rotation quick service. I left my car after and oil change for a new water pump. Not only was the charge for the repair more that I would have expected. As I was leaving the sevice tech tells me oh, 'By the way' your engine light is going to come on you need a new Catalytic Converter. So, you have my car for two days taken apart and can't pick up the phone and let me know! Very poor customer service! Disappointed Chase! I have always counted on honest, fair, timely service, at the very minimum have the counter girls learn to pick up the phone! More
