My fiancé and I are planning a family, and I wanted my wife and kids to have a vehicle that was safe, reliable, comfortable, and stylish. When I finally walked into Chatham Subaru for the first time, I was met by Dell Bacon. Let me tell you, this man knows his Subaru’s. I let him know the general guidelines that I was looking for, and asked him to help me. He hit the ground running, showing me several vehicle options and everything that they had to offer. I was given a *real* test drive. Not a “kick the tires” experience, but one where I was taught everything about the options, how they worked, and then shown in a real-work practical application of their function. Later, as I brought my fiancé with me, he gave her the same rock star treatment. To say that I’m thoroughly impressed is a massive understatement.
