Sales Manager John Carlisle tried telling me “I don’t know if the trim on your hood broke from a basketball hitting it” 1. It’s a 60K vehicle and nothing should break if a basketball hits it. 2. With a little research it’s easy to find that the trim on the hood breaking off is a common problem with these vehicles. John was very disrespectful, accused me of causing the issue and refused to help. Who believes plastic should be breaking while driving in a 60K vehicle? More

The owners of Jessup Chavez even tried to contact my employer to convince me to remove my negative experience. This is who they are, not only do they not provide decent customer service, they will also attempt to contact your employer to prevent you from telling the truth of your experience. I’ve purchased 4 vehicles from Jessup and Jessup Chavez in 8 years and this is how they treat me. Do not buy from here, I hope that no one else has to experience this. More
Brutal customer service. I purchased a GMC Sierra Denali for 70K, while driving down the freeway a plastic piece on the front of the hood broke. To prevent it from breaking c I purchased a GMC Sierra Denali for 70K, while driving down the freeway a plastic piece on the front of the hood broke. To prevent it from breaking completely off I had to tape it to the hood. The dealership has told me this piece was not covered by warranty. It’s a 70K truck that had a piece of plastic break while I was driving down the freeway. At a minimum this was a defect, they should take more pride in their products and take care of their customers. John the sales manager repeatedly tried to change the story of what happened and why it broke. Even suggesting a basketball hit it causing the plastic to break. Read the picture attached, this is a common problem with the vehicle, experienced by many customers. Why buy a vehicle that falls apart while you’re driving down the road, especially from a dealership that is rude and has no intention of helping the customer. More
