Chavez has a lot to learn from Jessup in Cathedral City, absolutely no comparison I will never go back to Chavez. I told my service rep. I was there and told him I called Cory and received no call back. I saw Cory walk by me several times and again no decency to greet me. I will never go back to Chavez. I will go back to Jessup in Cathedral City as I always have even though it is a farther drive. Jessup in Cathedral City is superior in all aspects. Chavez should take lessons from Cathedral City. I also mentioned to my friends and collogues never to go to Chavez. Also, one of the worst parts was seeing employee after employee grabbing waters, snacks, etc. from the "Customer waiting area." All rude and never a simple greeting. When I finally was given my vehicle the oil odometer was not even reset. Terrible dealership all around. More

I brought to the attention to my service advisor that the wrong information was on my invoice if he could correct it and he told me no. My phone number was wrong and address also the mileage was entered wron wrong information was on my invoice if he could correct it and he told me no.
