I brought to the attention to my service advisor that the wrong information was on my invoice if he could correct it and he told me no. My phone number was wrong and address also the mileage was entered wron wrong information was on my invoice if he could correct it and he told me no. My phone number was wrong and address also the mileage was entered wrong. He entered 6,856 and the correct was 14,000. To me it was an easy fix and if advisor did know how to correct my receipt and invoice he should have asked someone for help. Not just tell me No that he couldn’t fix. Invoice number GCCS336026. More
