Brutal customer service. I purchased a GMC Sierra Denali for 70K, while driving down the freeway a plastic piece on the front of the hood broke. To prevent it from breaking c I purchased a GMC Sierra Denali for 70K, while driving down the freeway a plastic piece on the front of the hood broke. To prevent it from breaking completely off I had to tape it to the hood. The dealership has told me this piece was not covered by warranty. It’s a 70K truck that had a piece of plastic break while I was driving down the freeway. At a minimum this was a defect, they should take more pride in their products and take care of their customers. John the sales manager repeatedly tried to change the story of what happened and why it broke. Even suggesting a basketball hit it causing the plastic to break. Read the picture attached, this is a common problem with the vehicle, experienced by many customers. Why buy a vehicle that falls apart while you’re driving down the road, especially from a dealership that is rude and has no intention of helping the customer. More

I was lied to from the moment I made the appointment. And I got a flyer that even stated they matched prices on tires. I took in dozens of places that sold tires. They wouldn’t match any of them. My appointment was at 8am and they made me wait for my till the shop closed. I was waiting in the waiting room until they told me I should go home. While I was waiting at home I was waiting for a call and I called at 5;00 pm and they said it would be ready by 5:30. I showed up and they said the tech was finishing up. He was doing an update in the radio. By the way the radio is still cutting off on occasion and still hasn’t been resolved. They couldn’t duplicate the problem that I took it in for.: the gear getting stuck on park regardless if I have it in reverse or drive. Showed them pictures of the problem but obviously it is an intermittent problem. Needless to say my day felt like a waste. Nothing was resolved. They also forgot to attach the multipoint inspection paper to my paperwork because they had already closed the shop. Called the following day and couldn’t get a hold of the service writer but when I was able to talk to Jorge he got me the paperwork emailed immediately. More
