This was for regular service (oil change). I was 15 minutes early for my appointment which wasn’t an issue, I was checked and was told an hour and half to complete. At time of checking in I also requested to have my wipers changed. At 9:50 I got notified that my service was completed. I waited another hour for car but nothing. I out to service area and for some to make contact. A person came that car was but they didn’t have the wipers, me not being happy with that let person know they weren’t replaced on my last service either. Ask the for his and he told Corey the service mgr. which I in informed him I have voice mail from him from last time and I had called and left messages but he never returned my call. At this I have very low expectations of Chavez-Jessup. I’m still waiting for a call from Corey. More
