William was a good salesman and person, however the xxxx ball sales manager Rizka is the epitome of the sleazy used car salesman. I purchased a Ram 1500 on February 22nd. Today is March 13th and I still don’t have my permanent license plate. The dealership has been telling me “any day now “. I know that I bought this vehicle “as is”, but I unknowingly bought it with a bad alternator, tensioner, idler pulley and bulb socket. $2000 in . The truck was also advertised as having 4 wheel drive, but it doesn’t work. I accept full responsibility because I should have gone to a reputable dealership and bought a certified pre owned vehicle.
