Very easy to deal with. Only negative issue was the sales manager quoted me 0% financing offer when I inquired about the vehicle but would not honor it when purchased. Very poor customer service, highly dissatisfied. Service has dissipated since being bought out. Scheduled at appt for a sunroof leak/ clogged drain tube, provided all the details and asked if the Service has dissipated since being bought out. Scheduled at appt for a sunroof leak/ clogged drain tube, provided all the details and asked if they could fit me it, showed up for the appt. and was told they couldn’t do it that day. Sadly, rescheduled for another day, was promised by Mac that he could provide a ride home, I called the day before to be proactive and arrange the ride home, was told they couldn’t do that and was spoken to disrespectfully and hung up on by Mac. This is no way to treat customers. More
