We just bought a slightly used Maxima this weekend from Sutherlin Nissan. I can't say enough good things about our experience. From beginning to end, our salesman, Aubrea Carriger, was outstanding. He came in the next morning, when he was supposed to be off, just to take care of us and make sure we got the sale processed. A couple of days after, we had an issue with the car (totally our user error!) and he came by our house to help us out. We will be in need of another car within the next year or so, and we will go straight to Aubrea! This is the kind of relationship that should be forged with clients. Kudos to Sutherlin Nissan!! More

No pressure at all. The entire sales team was just wonderful David and Cristian we’re both just wonderful to deal with We had a set cash budget and they found a 2019 Altima with 16000 miles I put down 2000 c David and Cristian we’re both just wonderful to deal with We had a set cash budget and they found a 2019 Altima with 16000 miles I put down 2000 cash and asked them to hold it I was not expecting to drive it home But they insisted On Monday I went by to tell them that the pay off for my other vehicle had not come in yet and if they wanted to hold the car that was fine with me David said he had the touch up guy scheduled for my car the next morning and for me to pick out what ever I wanted to drive for the night I drove a rouge home for the night I went by the next day and turned in the rouge and picked up my car and made the final payment in full The sales manger was wonderful to deal with He worked with us to get what we wanted The finance guy (Rob) was so nice He offered extended warranty but it was not in our budget I highly recommend this dealership They do not pressure you at all They listen to you And work with you The only negative we have to say is when you make a service appointment to change the oil It still takes 2 hours before your vehicle is ready But the service is excellent I still highly recommend the service department Over all This just a great place to buy a car and get it serviced as well These are just great folks to deal with When we bought the car I told David that this sale is not over until I buy my next car And based on our experience with them,I look forward to the next car we buy from them More
Bait and Switch - with a lot of lies They came up with more "additional" fees that most dlrs. Their "doc" fee is $789...which is all profit. Then, on a 2019...with only 21K miles - they s They came up with more "additional" fees that most dlrs. Their "doc" fee is $789...which is all profit. Then, on a 2019...with only 21K miles - they still wanted to charge me for "used car prep"...and by the way... a new vehicle has a 3 yr / 36K mile "bumper to bumper" warranty. They insisted that the service department had made the investment so the $1,000 for the used car prep was normal. Also, they added the CPO...and I told them I did not want to purchase that. Again, insisted that it was part of the deal. I told them CPO is basically insurance for me to be comfortable with the vehicle...and once I drive the car off the lot - it was my problem. Around and Around I went...shady and smiling all the way they kept both of their hands in my pocket for more money. Don't believe a word that their finance guy tells you - this dealership continues with the old tradition of why people don't trust car salesman...will never darken their door again. More

Surprisingly, it was management that kept feeding me lies. The salesman was actually very straightforward. Paraphrasing... - Salesman: We got this in last night and I don't know much about it. (Thank you, I can work with that!) -Mgt #1: This truck runs really good, normally. It's just flooded right now. (fuel injected vehicles don't flood!) -Mgt #1: It really does run good. We've just got to let the glow plugs warm up. (It was 50 degrees outside and truck was already blowing heat from cabin vents.) -Mgt #2: The problem was low oil pressure, they added oil and it's running much better now. (Oil level was OK when I drove it. Oil pressure warning light never came on. Neither low oil level or low oil pressure fit the symptoms.) I liked the vehicle even though it ran very rough. I can fix that part but, 3 strikes and you're out! More
