My experience with Joe Simone was phenomenal. He is an incredible asset to your team and extremely present to do business with. However, the reason I rated 4 stars was because the oil filter had He is an incredible asset to your team and extremely present to do business with. However, the reason I rated 4 stars was because the oil filter had not been changed and was SEVERELY clogged. I would give Joe 6 out of 5 stars, but your service department failed and unfortunately it has skewed my opinion. Once again, Joe is a pleasure!! More

I service 2 Muranos there. On arrival I’m always greeted warmly by staff members.The waiting area is very clean and inviting. I always wait for my vehicles so that is a big plus.Mak is my advisor,he’s a true professional and quite personable.He keeps me updated through the entire process. As an added bonus vehicles are washed and vacuumed when completed. I’ve been a customer there for over 3 years and have never had any kind of issue. The experience is always flawless!! Keep up the great work!! More
