I took my car in for its first oil change. I was not told when my car was ready. The guy that my appointment was with called my husband letting him know it was ready. My husband informed me of this, so I went to the service counter. The guy told me he thought I had left even though when he asked if I was waiting on my car, he was told yes. I then inquired about one of the tires I had asked them to look at. He told me my tire was fine, but then admitted he may have told the tech to look at the front left instead of the right. He apologized & asked if I had a minute to wait. I told him yes & he went to get the tech. They both went outside & I see the tech take a car that is not mine back. I again ask about my tire again & he said it was perfectly fine. When I informed him that my car was still parked outside, he was confused & then said, oh yeah. He looked at all of your tires & there’s nothing wrong with them. Whoever had the nail in their tire, didn’t get it fixed. At that point, I paid for my oil change & left. I do not know if my tire was even looked at. I will be taking my car elsewhere to ensure that my tire is looked at properly. This visit was on Saturday, December 30th. My tire pressure light came on today, January 1st, & it said the PSI was 21. I had to put air in it 2 days after it was supposedly checked. More

It took an extreme amount of time to replace and wiper blade. Also the Service Advisor could not get the information right on the paperwork. Wrong address and the mileage wasn't close. 34,400 and he put 1 blade. Also the Service Advisor could not get the information right on the paperwork. I will continue to do business with this location as long as these 2 men are in control. Many disappointments until these two men became the Leaders. Hats off to these two gentlemen, Nathan is one of the best Service Managers I have seen at this dealership. Thank heavens Bobby Austin returned as well! I thought I was in good hands. ..The service center was very friendly and helpful with setting up the repair I came in for (replacing the tire pressure monitoring system on one tire ..The service center was very friendly and helpful with setting up the repair I came in for (replacing the tire pressure monitoring system on one tire (a service many places have told me should be unnecessary/cheaper but Nissan won't let us just change the battery in them...). But then the following week when I had the repair done the associate came to tell me (in the hour I was there) another of the TPMS went out. This was beyond frustrating and upsetting, as our budget was already pushed for the initial repair, but the gentleman who helped me said he would talk to the manager and get me a good price for that replacement too and call me "that day"....and now I haven't heard anything in a week and a half. I know it's the holidays but I have received this survey request several times since. So since your dealership wants my honest feedback, this is the nicest I can give right now. More
