I wanted to add remote start to my Frontier and after calling 2 other dealers that were located closer to me, one wouldn’t do the work and the other quoted a ridiculous amount. Cherokee did the install calling 2 other dealers that were located closer to me, one wouldn’t do the work and the other quoted a ridiculous amount. Cherokee did the install at half the price quoted by the other dealer. It’s out of my way, but I’ll be taking my Frontier to Cherokee County Nissan for service from now on. More

I was very pleased with how I was welcomed and taken care of in the Service Center. I just did not understood that there was a recall on the car (no notifications was received), not was I made aware that I w of in the Service Center. I just did not understood that there was a recall on the car (no notifications was received), not was I made aware that I was going to spend 5 hours on site. I do understand the necessity of it, but I was effectively stranded there. Had I known, I would have arranged something else. Besides that my experience was impeccable. Agent very polite and explained things to me very well. More
