I service 2 Muranos there. On arrival I’m always greeted warmly by staff members.The waiting area is very clean and inviting. As an added bonus vehicles are washed and vacuumed when completed. I’ve been a customer there for over 3 years and have never had any kind of issue. The experience is always flawless!! My car notified me for oil change one week after it was supposedly done. Also- I asked the service manager to check my windshield wiper because fluid wasn’t coming out of it. He said no problem. We will l supposedly done. Also- I asked the service manager to check my windshield wiper because fluid wasn’t coming out of it. He said no problem. We will look into it. The windshield wiper still doesn’t deposit fluid onto my windshield. Nothing was done. And on top of that- no car wash. I’m starting to think that no maintained was completed at all. The car rolled in and then they rolled it out. :-/ More
