Turned in lease early My husband and I wanted to see if we could turn our lease in early and get out of our Traverse and into a truck which my husband preferred and has alw My husband and I wanted to see if we could turn our lease in early and get out of our Traverse and into a truck which my husband preferred and has always wanted. Not only were we able to, but it was not nearly as painful as we thought the experience would be. When we got our traverse we got the lease through another Chevy dealership and it was awful. The price had changed once we came back to sign the lease and no one ever explained as to why. All of a sudden we were being asked for extra money than we were told. At Chevy 112 we were able to get into a 2019 Colorado for only 30 more dollars a month than we were paying for the Traverse and that was with over 9 months of payments still owed on the Traverse. Lamelle Sands was awesome. He was not pushy and he understood what we wanted and needed and truly worked to get us a deal we were comfortable with and could afford. The finance manager Irving was also extremely helpful and there were no issues when we sat down to sign the lease. No sudden change in price or extra costs or dishonesty in sale tactics as experienced with a previous dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership and Lamelle Sands! More

Not Good My first time ever at this service department and it was my worst experience by far! I wait a week for the appointment, which that’s fine I have no problem with. But I bring it in after a full conversation with a Service Advisor on the phone, everything changed after I actually dropped it off. I’m told that I was suppose to bring paperwork for my warranty but was never told this on the phone. My understanding was that I was dropping it off, would have a loaner and be good to go. Long story short, Reed Speichler was totally unprofessional and basically told me too bad and was unwilling to help me out in any way! I will never go back for service because of this experience unless there is someone more professional and that can communicate much better. I ended up having to leave with my vehicle and no service done on it! More

We ended up purchasing a 2018 suburban from Chevy 112, it was probably the best vehicle purchasing experience we have ever had, our sales rep Tricia Lipareli guided us through the purchase with zero pressure. The end result was the rite vehicle for us and at a price we were equally comfortable with. No surprise fees and the final financed amount came in a few dollars less than expected. As I told Tricia, I have never felt compelled to write a review on a car purchase. I highly recommend Chevy 112 and Tricia Lipareli in sales. More
