The worst part about this is, I’ve been buying vehicles from these people for 20 years from when they took over the entire team from ramp in PJ. In my opinion, the integrity has dropped dramatically here, from these people for 20 years from when they took over the entire team from ramp in PJ. In my opinion, the integrity has dropped dramatically here, but most importantly, the Service department are nothing but liars. Purchased myself $150,000 vehicle that should sound like a cat purring but instead sounds like a diesel truck when it’s idling. Instead of taking my vehicle in and doing things the right way they lied and told me to bring it home until the parts came, but all they were doing was buying themselves so I didn’t have to pay for The car in a buyback because there was so many issues with it. After bringing it to a second dealership, the dealership agreed something was wrong. Now this is where GM comes around and lies as well. They’re saying that the diesel sound is due to the fact that it was a hand built vehicle, not built by a machine and these issues are not Warranty worthy because they are bulletins do not show it being a major issue. My argument back at them was is, why I try to trade the car back in they’re giving me $10,000 less because the vehicle doesn’t sound right. The truth is they don’t care either. At the end of the day, Chevy 112 lied to me on multiple occasions after being a loyal customer for years. In my opinion, their service department cannot be trusted, and they will do whatever they can to get out of doing the right thing by their customers. I ended up going to another car dealership purchasing two additional vehicles within hours. Deal was done no problem whatsoever. And that was the dealership who’s been helping me with the issues I’ve been having with my 2024 diesel truck Z06. Do yourself a favor and be very diligent with anything you bring to Chevy 112 service department More
2020 Traverse brought in many times for loss of communication to transmission control code and check engine light after intermittent no start. Never fixed it other than saying remove drivewise, don communication to transmission control code and check engine light after intermittent no start. Never fixed it other than saying remove drivewise, don’t see any problems, bring it back when it happens again, bring it back when it actually doesn’t start; once they held the car for about a week and said cable and connection at transmission control unit cleaned; last year they said low battery so recharged battery; more recently they said battery cold cranking amp is not sufficient so replaced battery with higher rated battery. Took it in a month ago for same issue and State Inspection. They said come back after 50-70 miles because the check engine light doesn’t allow for inspection. I told them, so then fix the problem they never have fixed and do the inspection. They said drive and come back after 50-70 miles. Went back a week later after adding another 70 miles. Told me to drive and come back. Did it again after another nearly 300 miles after check engine light. They told me to drive and come back. I said no. They put me in a smaller loaner and said they will work on the traverse. It’s been two weeks. They have not called me once, so I call and am placed on hold for 20-30 minutes at a time and told that the technician drove it and check engine light came on so they can’t do inspection and have no idea on the status of the fix. It’s been 2 weeks. Someone please help. What ever you do, based on my experience, this feels like a 70s used car lot where they bait you in and treat you well until you need to have a problem addressed. Because no one at Nesenger Auto Group Chevy 112 wants anything to do with this vehicle that I’m paying tens of thousands of dollars for. Someone please help. More
I was at Chevy 112 today and was lucky enough to be greeted by Angela again. She always takes such good care of me and my husband when we bring our vehicles in for service. I brought my car in for service there was a wire hanging. They said they plugged it back in and that it may or may not work. When I went to tow my trailer I noticed that the lights did not work. After lookin They said they plugged it back in and that it may or may not work. When I went to tow my trailer I noticed that the lights did not work. After looking under the truck I noticed they never re connected it. I brought it back they told me everything was fine. I was ask by the service advisor to crawl under the car and disassemble the part so she could see what I was talking about. After she saw it I was told that they would have the part and install it the following week. After a week no call back nothing I asked to speak with the service manager never returned my call. Apparently the techs they have there do not do there jobs. The pictures speak for themselves. I would give no stars if I could. More
This had happened awhile back but I’d also like to share my experience if it can help someone else make the decision to service their vehicle here. I purchased a used Camaro (40k miles) from them and less t my experience if it can help someone else make the decision to service their vehicle here. I purchased a used Camaro (40k miles) from them and less than a month later my catalytic converter and lifters went. They wanted to charge me over 4,000 for the job and were conveniently forgetting my cats were covered under federal emissions warranty. We spoke with Mary who was the rudest person I have ever interacted with and we somehow managed to bring the price down some. That would’ve been it but it only got worse. Having family in the industry I asked while they were working for constant updates and photos of my engine etc because if something else was wrong I could replace it while it was open while getting second opinions. They also conveniently forgot to do so and only sent them after my engine was closed back up. In the photo you could clearly see detonation on one of my pistons and they refused to acknowledge it and tried to gaslight me since I am a woman. I wouldn’t make that statement if it wasn't true, I was talked down to in the most sexist ways not only from Mary (a woman herself) but the tech who worked on my car as well. I ended up going and getting all of my ASE certifications out of spite after this incident so I would feel more confident in these situations and now work on my own cars since it seems no where is safe for women to not be pushed around, even somewhere with a woman service manager. Reading the other reviews I would’ve thought by now they would've cut this cancerous person out of their department but it seems she’s still there making other peoples lives difficult as well. Wouldn’t go to this dealership even if it was the last one on earth. More
The service department is the worst I have ever had to deal with. Mary the manager for service is the worst type of human you can deal with. I was nothing but professional and nice when speaking to h deal with. Mary the manager for service is the worst type of human you can deal with. I was nothing but professional and nice when speaking to her and she is just down right rude, disrespectful and not helpful at all. She is the type of person that would rather create more problems then solutions. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND USING THIS SEVICE DEPARTMENT TO MY WORST ENEMY I WILL BE CALLING CHEVY DIRECTLY TO LET THEM KNOW THE TYPE OF PERSON THAT IS REPRESENTING THEM. I own a local business that constantly deals with the general public. If one of my representatives ever spoke to a customer or client the way that Mary did, they would immediately be reprimanded and fired. I am not the type of person to take time out of my day leave a negative review, a matter of fact this is my first time ever doing so. But Mary was that disrespectful and rude that I thought that the people in the surrounding communities should know the truth before dealing with this dealership More

Imagine buying a 2020 Chevy Camaro convertible and it breaking down after 11,000 miles. Brought it to Chevy 112 after a week of it sitting in my driveway undrivable because they had no appointments. The breaking down after 11,000 miles. Brought it to Chevy 112 after a week of it sitting in my driveway undrivable because they had no appointments. The check engine light is on and there’s transmission trouble but no one can make a decision because the service manager is out on leave so it sits there for another week and a half. Then a week later they say they fix it and I drive it out of the lot and it breaks down. Metal all in the transmission and the light is on again but they refused to replace the transmission. A week later they say it’s fixed again! And now they’re arguing about compensating me for my monthly payment for the brand new car that I haven’t had for the last five weeks of summer! Poor communication all around. Terrible. Let’s see if it breaks down again after I drive it off the lot… More
While our sales experience was great, not the same can be said for the service department... December of 2020 we brought our 2019 vehicle in to have a leak addressed in the back sliding window which en be said for the service department... December of 2020 we brought our 2019 vehicle in to have a leak addressed in the back sliding window which ended up not being fixed properly and we had to bring it back. While it was in their care, parked in their parking lot, someone smashed into the driver's side (it was hit bad enough that the door had to be replaced and the side had to be painted). They had our vehicle that did not have a scratch, ding or dent on it and only 7k miles on it when we dropped it off, for over a month thanks to someone's stupidity. The only good thing about this was Kristen who went above and beyond to make sure we knew what was going on every step of the way. Flash forward to today, there is an air conditioning leak and when I made the appointment for 8 am I was told I would be in and out in less than 1 hour. Low and behold it was longer than 1 hour. Don't tell a customer (who btw has sent many people to this business to buy a vehicle) a wait time and then not have it done within that time frame. I feel the Service Dept is managed and run very poorly and as I have sat here now and back in December, I have heard many people say the same.. More
