Horrible. I made an 8am appointment for my wife's car. When making the appointment I asked if I would be permitted to wait inside. I was told yes, 6 people can wait inside and that's why we ask you about When making the appointment I asked if I would be permitted to wait inside. I was told yes, 6 people can wait inside and that's why we ask you about waiting when we schedule our appointments. Needless to say, I waited 20 minutes just to get inside for my appointment and was told that nobody is allowed to wait inside. It is cold and raining as I stand here freezing. I will never be back since they don't keep their appointments and they lied about the waiting policy when scheduling the appointment. I have had my Chevy serviced at another dealer recently. Waiting inside is permitted with masks and social distancing. More
My 2012 chevy suburban ltz is having transmission issues and stopped in front of chevy 112. I brought the car in and spoke to an Angela. She took the car at 2:00pm on 07:07 and stated we have 45 cars so i a and stopped in front of chevy 112. I brought the car in and spoke to an Angela. She took the car at 2:00pm on 07:07 and stated we have 45 cars so i am not sure when it will be looked at. I was ok with that for that specific day. I called in today 07/08/2020 to see what was going on at 10:00 am and was told car is in the bay and they are diagnosing the problem Angela will call you once we have one. At 12:20pm i called back and asked for Angela who was at lunch. And was promised a call back 30 mind later. 1 hour later i called back and was told Angela was not available and she will return the call. Angela finally called back with an attitude stating “ i told you i dont know when the car will be ready so you have to wait i told her im right around the corner ill stop in. When i got there Angela smiled and stated no one told me the car was in the bay i am a liar. I told Angela i have the call recorded because i called from my work phone and all calls in and out are recorded. Angela then had an attitude and continued to argue so i told her give me my keys ill take it to a dealership service center that actually wants business and will handle my problem. I never recommend this place to anyone and i dont know why i even went i heard so many bad things but i like to give people a chance and make my own opinion well they proved every one right More
Dealing with your dealership was one of the worst mistakes that anyone could have make. Your employees fabricate to it customer. Not Good My first time ever at this service department and it was my worst experience by far! I wait a week for the appointment, which that’s fine I have no problem with. But I bring it in after a full conversation with a Service Advisor on the phone, everything changed after I actually dropped it off. I’m told that I was suppose to bring paperwork for my warranty but was never told this on the phone. My understanding was that I was dropping it off, would have a loaner and be good to go. Long story short, Reed Speichler was totally unprofessional and basically told me too bad and was unwilling to help me out in any way! I will never go back for service because of this experience unless there is someone more professional and that can communicate much better. I ended up having to leave with my vehicle and no service done on it! More

Trusted Service Department This combines three recent visits for both my older Chevy Camaro SS (bought new at Chevy 112 17 years ago and service there ever since)and my '98 Pont This combines three recent visits for both my older Chevy Camaro SS (bought new at Chevy 112 17 years ago and service there ever since)and my '98 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am. The first visit entailed installing an aftermarket power steering fluid cooler (which I brought with me) for my Trans Am - plus state inspection. Dave the technician who has worked on my cars for years is top notch. He discussed with me beforehand where to mount the cooler with an eye for avoiding drilling into existing body components - much appreciated. He demonstrated his usual skill in achieving a creative solution by utilizing the hose from another vehicle to make the component work more efficiently. Subsequently the car came in for an ongoing noise in slow turning potentially related to power steering but which after Dave examined and test drove was determined to actually be from the differential and only required additional lubricant - an inexpensive solution. Lastly, Chevy 112 installed new tires for my Camaro which were ordered from outside and accepted by the service depot. I have always trusted the balancing and alignment procedures here. In addition, the result of battery testing I requested was discussed with me leading to an informed decision to replace it now. This level of quality work is why I remain a long time repeat customer. Stephen the Service Advisor - and Fran the Service Manager - also alway take good care of me. I've found the Chevy 112 service department always a very professional operation. More
