Hurd dealership is much closer to me but they pulled a "bait & switch" trying to sell me a brand new car when I specifically requested a program car. Nicole and Paul went above and beyond to take care of "bait & switch" trying to sell me a brand new car when I specifically requested a program car. I was treated with dignity and respect and given straight answers to all my questions. They made the difference between buying from Cerrone or Hurd, which finally "found the Impala with front bench seat I required" and at a reduced price. If I regain the use of my legs you can be sure I will be back to Cerrone for a Brand new Black Cadillac with Black interior.
