I first began working with Nicole to check out some cars to plan for a future purchase. Future came much sooner than anticipated when the repairs on my Impala crested 2000. Jim C was a pleasure to work with....after the pre-approval, he selected a car for me to drive. He even picked the color I wanted. He was never annoyed that I wanted to try a different model. He was patient and professional. Even when it turned out I selected a completely different model than anticipated. It was so nice that he let me take the car for a test drive ALONE...you have no idea how much easier that makes the process. Jim answered my questions and responded to text messages as if I were the only customer. The only fault area involved just me....I am just not a negotiator, so I know I paid too much for the car. Thats why I had to bring down the price score. In general I would say MSPR was average for the area. I just wish I was a better negotiator. More
