I was really surprised at my experience at Cerrones. My husband and I happened to drive by one day and saw the sign for the deal on Chevy Traverse's. We're expecting our first baby in a few days (nothing like waiting until the last minute!) and have been debating on whether or not to buy an SUV. We did some research, and I contacted Cerrone's about my trade in. Nicole emailed me right away and gave me a price on my vehicle for trade. We went in a couple of days later and were treated extremely well by Jim. I never once felt pushed or obligated to him to buy. We test drove the vehicle, came back, sat down and talked numbers. The trade value was a little lower than what we expected, but once we realized they were using the wrong model, they actually offered us more than we expected. There was no haggling and no stress like we have experienced in the past. It was extremely laid back and my husband and I left, almost shocked, that we looked at, test drove, and purchased a vehicle in about an hour. The last time we purchased a vehicle it was the most stressful experience, and we were there for an entire day. Jim was great, very nice to speak with. When we picked the vehicle up the next day, it was ready for us right away. The financing was better than we expected it to be. Overall I am extremely happy with Cerrone's and Jim in particular.
