Purchased a 1988 Olds Cutless Supreme in 1988 and loved it, still have it stored in our garage for Classic Car Shows of the future. I checked them out, test drove a few cars and settled for the 2011 Chevy Malibu with low mileage and fully loaded. Bob Z and Al Cerrone were very pleasant and helpful and as Al put it:"He made me a deal I couldn't refuse:)" I bought the car and than wondered how I was going to tell my husband, but he was fine with it, especially since it had low mileage. I haven't received the Car facts yet though. I did mention it to Bob Z. monday night when we picked the car up but haven't heard anything yet. I want to see what the car did for the last year of service, according to the Title, Hertz bought it 6/2011 with 5 miles on it and turned it in this year. More

I bought from Cerrone because my brother had received a good deal. I had bought the same car as a family member his had 20, ooo + mile, Mine had 7,000. After leaving the dealer with the car (a few days later) I had realized that I didn’t receive some of the extra as my brother, no alloy rims and no upgrades as of interior features. This is clearly something that should have taken up with the salesmen, but the deal was done. I paid $1500.00 more for the car than my family member; I took this as the low mileage expense and accepted the deal. Although I do not believe that I had gotten a bad deal, I will take more time on my next purchase and would most probably shop at Cerrone again. I have been contacted about a free oil change, and will take advantage of it in due time. Was very pleased with my first experience at Cerrone Chevrolet. It started with Nicole, it was her promptness on the internet that brought me there. Met with John he asked what I was looking for showed my wife and I several vech we decided to test drive many vech , we where told to take our time just bring it back before closing a good 4 hours away. My experience was nice. I asked for a quote online, they gave me one lower than the Kelly Blue Book expected. I went to the dealership was greeted by the web-sales girl and she introduced me to John (can't gave me one lower than the Kelly Blue Book expected. I went to the dealership was greeted by the web-sales girl and she introduced me to John (can't remember his Italian last name. They looked at my trade and offered more than Kelly's suggested. I drove the vehicle and bought it. It took about two hours from start to finish. We didn't go through the "Four-Square" pea under the cup BS, just talked prices. My wife and I enjoyed it. More

Everything went great for us buying my beautiful "RED" 2008 Hummer H3. There were a couple of thing that are being sent too us, which we appreciate. One thing that I wanted to let you know was that after the detailing that was done there, we still had to pay $125.00 to get the inside detailed. There was dried ketchup and food stuck in a couple of speaker covers,and other places on the interior. dirty food figure prints on the light gray part of the interior. Nicol, you & Tom were great. It's not your fault that the people that did the detailing, didn't do there job... With that said...
