Had a very good expirence. I made a visit for my first oil change, and had two emails from Tim confirming the day and time I would be there. Since I had to take an extended lunch to get there and back, I was a bit put off by the emails from Tim confirming the day and time I would be there. Since I had to take an extended lunch to get there and back, I was a bit put off by the fact that when I got there, they didn't have me on the schedule, and they were all enjoying a BBQ dealership meeting to talk about the current "reinvention" of GM. So their service department was closed for lunch. It would have been a simple phone call to save me the drive. In the end, I lost my confidence in trying a second time. Everyone sounds like good guys, but even the fellow in front of me in line was having some problem. I would have expected a followup call saying something like "hey sorry about that, but let's get you back in here". But no email or phone call, and Tim had both. A week later, now, I called today figuring I'd give it another try. Nobody answered the phone, and there was no voice message. I just think that the current reinvention is having a negative impact on their ability to perform in a way that gives me the confidence I require in anyone that's going to mess with my truck. So I think it's not accurates to say "everyone leaves with a smile". More
