Jerry Grahm and Michael Cady went above and beyond to put me in the vehicle I wanted.It was not a quick process (which is my only negative thing to say...it took over a week to get approved) but when no othe me in the vehicle I wanted.It was not a quick process (which is my only negative thing to say...it took over a week to get approved) but when no other car dealership would work with me, they did. My credit is in bad shape but they did not stop until they got me approved. This was a life changing experience for me to finally have the car of my dreams and I doubt that I would have got there without them. As long as I live in WA state I will always go to this dealership, even for my oil changes. I wasn't too happy about the prices but I don't think it's their fault that I had to put so much money down and my notes are so high, I strongly believe that has to do with my poor credit. Id recommend this dealership, just make sure you are dealing with Mr. Grahm and Mr. Cady because THEY are the ones who will make magic happen for you!! More

Our family bought 2 cars through Jerry Graham. The first was through another dealership and when he moved to Friendly Chevrolet we again went with him to find another used car. He never pressured me into something I could not really afford, but would call when he had a vehicle that might work. If it was not the right one, he would just say he would keep looking and let me know. I followed Jerry from another dealership because of his honesty and integrity in the last car that I bought and I felt that wherever he went, I would have the best deal possible. Even after I bought the car, he called to make sure I was still happy, more than once. I really appreciated the way he made me feel important as a customer when maybe someone else might have ignored me after the deal was done. Indeed, everyone that I dealt with at Friendly showed their concern and caring attitude. I came in for a used car for my daughter, and left with two cars - a used one for her and new one for myself. Everyone there treated us with respect and as one of the family. Everyone there took their time with us, even as the last purchasers of the day, and made sure our experience was the best it could be. Even the guys that weren't part of our experience treated us like people - not lost chances at a commission. I'd also like to mention the young man that prepped our car, stayed late, cleaned and gassed it with a smile - eager to help when asked. Eric did our financing paperwork (the most dreaded part of the process) and made it as painless and quick as possible. Richard really worked with us to get those numbers down - thanks!
